Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping throughout Bangladesh. All orders are processed and delivered to addresses within the country.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand our delivery services in the future.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation of payment. Processing may take longer during peak periods, holidays, or special promotions.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. A second email will be sent once the order is shipped, including a tracking number (if applicable).
3. Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: The estimated delivery time for orders within Bangladesh is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping in certain areas. Express shipping takes approximately 1-3 business days. Availability and charges for express shipping will be provided at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or other logistical issues beyond our control.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. Eye Aids is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If you realize you’ve entered incorrect shipping details, please contact us immediately at shafiullahsarker736@gmail.com or 01556-398176 to correct it. However, if the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shafiullahsarker736@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Lost Packages: If your package has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please notify us immediately. We will work with the courier service to locate your package. If it is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
